Man I know you've heard of the story you can do with a pile of shit...
if not then here it is:
put some gloves on and stick that shit in a paper bag. late at night or at least until you've seen the lights go off next door.
take the bag with the shit inside over to your neighbors porch, light it, ring the doorbell a couple times and run like hell!
when your neighbors come out they'll see it burning and stomp on it putting it out! you in the meantime can be hiding across the street or back at your crib
Now hopefully you'll catch em just as they was getting in bed, with their shoes off!
